Inspite of big challenges in the market atmosphere and very poor awareness among the public, he was in to the sales profession as a part timer initially, with ups & downs he continued the profession of sales facing challenges which made him more seasoned. While in sales profession he was always working from the core of his heart and attached emotionally with his team members in the above states. He is very fond of mixing new people and it is this nature of him resulted in growing a vast team in India. He learnt the art of selling in different situations. As he started his career from grass root level he understood what are the practical difficulties with the front line sales people. Why a sales person gets demoralized after some rejections.
He also experienced that when he is in the particular area, the business of that area increases. After his departure the business decreases. He then started of thinking to design a unique system of explaining presenting the product & profile of the organisation. Then he started implementing it which gave result. He made a systematic presentation method of profile and product and trained his team members. He found that it is giving tremendous result.
He experienced by providing training and motivation team members are remaining excited which ultimately reflecting in business and getting more and more income. He came to know the reason why very few people get success in sales. With his strong base and experience he started providing training in 2001. When there was no awareness about the necessity of training. Mr. L N Satpathy first struggled to create the feeling of necessity of training. His past experience of patience and positive attitude produced results and he started getting more and more training programs. When the participants started getting benefits after attending his programs the demand of Mr. L N Satpathy grew more and more day by day. As a hard core sales professional Mr. L N Satpathy’s training was like a coach as a player can be the best coach.
